We are a small but dedicated team and we’re hiring! Working from our office in the Translation & Innovation Hub on Imperial College’s White City Campus we are looking for a Growth Marketer who can plan, implement and manage campaigns to drive user acquisition, focusing on supercharging the growth of our platform, through various platforms and marketing channels. Working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing the responsibilities of this role include:
Analyse and implement creative campaigns to drive revenue, uncover insight and consumer trends;
Identify, implement and measure new growth tactics and marketing methods;
Manage lead generation campaigns through various digital marketing channels;
Create and run PPC and social media campaigns;
Experiment and implement new growth strategies to boost user acquisition;
Manage Clustermarket social media accounts.
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
University degree in a science-related subject or equivalent work experience in the life sciences sector;
Data-driven B2B Digital marketing, social media and HTML experience, ideally within in a tech company;
Experience in managing digital marketing at scale across paid and performance channels (inc. PPC, Google, etc);
Proficient using email creation and distribution platforms, plus managing and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns via Google Analytics
Knowledge of Google Analytics, search engine optimisation, and SQL queries
