Here you can find clarifications around integrations with third party calendar apps, Single Sign-On and Clustermarket’s standardized API. We will introduce more in the future in order to make the platform more accessible.
Yes. You can synchronize your bookings on Clustermarket with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook (most versions), and other calendar services that support “iCal”. Your iCal link will appear below the calendar on the My Dashboard page after clicking on Keep track of your bookings in an external mail or calendar app and opting in.
For Outlook: according to Microsoft Support, the calendar will synchronize a couple of times a day. If you want to force the calendar to update, you can remove current subscription and then relink by subscribing to it again. This has worked for some users in the past. For Google Calendar: Google does not have a definitive statement on how often the system will synchronize the calendar. Some forums suggest it can take up to 24 hours. Removing a Google Calendar subscription and re-adding it will not force an update.

No! Users will only have access to the labs they have been given permission to access previously.
As long as you have used the same email address for your organization SSO and your Clustermarket account, there is no action needed from your side as the accounts will be automatically merged once you confirm.
We will be soon making available a standardised API. Please get in touch with us so we can discuss the use case.
