Growth Manager

The Role

We are looking for someone who is proactive and creative with a growth hacking mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. Someone who thinks outside the box and comes up with creative and effective strategies. You will plan, implement and manage campaigns to drive user acquisition, focusing on supercharging the growth of our platform, through various platforms and marketing channels.

Duties

  • Experiment and implement new growth strategies to boost user acquisition

  • Identify, implement and measure new growth tactics and marketing methods

  • Establish methods and processes to ensure measurements and experimentation can be done in a scalable and repeatable model

  • Define strategies for market driven growth

  • Form a growth team over the next month

  • Consistently analyse and refine new and existing campaigns to drive revenue, uncover insight and consumer trends

  • Create and run PPC and social media campaigns

  • Test methods strategically, producing a set hypothesis, metrics to test and report quantitatively

  • Manage lead generation campaigns through various digital marketing channels

  • Drive new customer acquisition through email marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, video marketing and more

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree or work experience in the life science industry

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a strategic marketing role focussed on growth hacking

  • You have experience developing and launching successful growth marketing campaigns

  • Proficient in using email creation and distribution platforms, plus managing and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns via Google Analytics

  • Strong digital marketing, social media and HTML capability working in a tech company

  • Experience in managing digital marketing at scale across paid and performance channels (inc. PPC, Google, etc)

  • Data driven B2B marketing background with experience in the life science industry

  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience

  • Relevant technical skills or knowledge include coding skills, Google Analytics, search engine optimization, and SQL queries

BUSINES DEVELOPMENT Manager

The Role

We are a fast growing tech company with a target audience in life sciences (academia and industry). Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new as well as existing users. The ideal candidate will have some experience in life sciences and B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new ways of acquiring new users, identifying new target markets and to build a relationship with existing users.

Duties

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs

  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

  • Improve existing sales channels and explore new ways how to acquire clients

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed

  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field in life sciences

  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales in life sciences

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software

  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job

  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for client
